Step back. Get clear.
Move forward with a plan.
Structured career coaching for when you know something needs to change, but not yet what, or how. We explore what matters to you, test your options against reality and turn it into practical next steps.
Career coaching helps when you're…
Stuck or restless
Doing fine on paper, but bored, unfulfilled or quietly wondering whether this is it.
Burnt out
Running on empty and unsure whether you need a new role, a new employer or a different career altogether.
Facing a change you didn't choose
Redundancy, restructure or job loss, and needing to regroup before you decide what's next.
Re-thinking priorities
Family, health, money or time have shifted, and your work needs to fit the life you have now.
Overwhelmed by options
Too many possible directions, or none that feel right, and no clear way to choose.
Ready to go for it
You have an idea of where you want to be and want a realistic plan and accountability to get there.
Staying stuck has a cost. So does the wrong move.
Career decisions shape your income, your energy and your confidence for years. Getting them right is worth investing in.
Left unaddressed
- Confidence erodes the longer you stay stuck
- Work that drains you takes a toll on health, relationships and energy
- Urgent decisions lead to the wrong role, and another restart a year or two later
- You undersell yourself in interviews and negotiations
- Months go by circling the same questions
Done well
- Renewed confidence in your strengths and your story
- Energy and engagement in work that fits
- A clear plan, so your next move is a considered one
- Better-fit, better-paid roles you can pursue with conviction
- Decisions made in weeks, not years
One quietly costs you. The other pays you back. One well-made decision is worth more than the $1,350 investment.
Coaching helps capable people find their fit and stay engaged, rather than disengaging or heading for the door. Many organizations fund career coaching for exactly this reason.

I don't know what I want. Is it too early for coaching?
Not at all. That's exactly where the process starts. Most people arrive knowing something needs to change, not what it should change to.
Will you tell me which career to choose?
No. You make the decisions. My role is to help you see your options clearly, test them against reality and commit to a plan that fits your life.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. The Career Exploration package can be paid in full, or in 2 or 3 payments.
I've just lost my job. Can this help?
Yes. Coaching gives you space to regroup, rebuild confidence and choose your next role for genuine fit rather than urgency alone.
Can my employer pay for coaching?
Often, yes. Many organizations fund career and development coaching. Get in touch and I can provide what your employer needs to approve it.
