At Promovere People, we help businesses and individuals create working lives that are more effective, human, and sustainable.

Partnering with founders, leaders, and growing organizations to build the people foundations that support long-term success, including leadership, culture, and performance to coaching, people strategy, and practical HR support.

As well as working with individuals who want to lead, grow, or rethink how they work with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

My route here was not entirely planned. At 21, I thought I was heading to drama school and a future in musical theatre. Instead, I took the “safe” path and fell into HR, a career that turned out to be both a strength and a calling.

Over the past 25+ years, I’ve worked across multiple industries (financial regulation, beauty, defense, esports, hospitality to name a few) and seen firsthand what truely enables people and businesses to thrive.

It ‘s rarely just about good ideas, vision, technical ability, education or qualifications.

More often, success comes from clarity, self-awareness, strong leadership, the right environment, and the ability to build on what comes naturally.

My training and extensive experience in HR, leadership development, coaching and recruitment, enables me to support both organisations and individuals in a way that is practical, commercially grounded, and deeply human.

  • We believe the most effective organizations aren’t built purely through great ideas, products, or services — but through strong relationships, clear leadership, and thoughtful people decisions.

We’ve built and supported people functions for dozens of businesses, both in-house and as consultants. Our work sits at the intersection of business reality and human experience — helping leaders build strong foundations, navigate complexity, and make thoughtful people decisions as they grow. We take a practical, human approach focused on clarity, trust, and structures that work in real life.

  • Promovere People was created in response to a pattern we see time and again: capable leaders building successful organisations, only to find themselves increasingly pulled into people issues that start to consume time, energy, and focus.

As businesses grow, relationships become more complex. Decisions carry more weight. What once felt manageable starts to feel heavy, nuanced, and high-stakes. Too often, leaders are expected to navigate this without the support, structure, or space to think clearly — all while keeping the business moving forward.

Our work exists to change that experience.

We partner with founders and leadership teams as a steady, trusted presence — bringing clarity where things feel tangled, addressing issues before they escalate, and putting strong, human people foundations in place. We help leaders make thoughtful, confident decisions that balance what’s right for their people with what’s right for the business.

The result is not just healthier teams, but stronger leadership and organisations that are able to evolve with confidence and clarity — driving shared success across the organisation.

  • A world where organisations succeed through clear expectations, healthy boundaries, and people who feel supported and empowered in their work.

  • Our mission is to build strong people foundations that help individuals thrive at work and organisations succeed.

VALUES WE LIVE BY:

  • Building organisations that can adapt, recover, and keep moving forward; creating ways of working that support growth, change, and challenge; focusing on long-term capability, not short-term fixes.

  • Developnig the mindset and practical strategies needed to navigate uncertainty; responding thoughtfully under pressure; keeping moving forward, even when things feel complex or unclear.

  • Understanding why the work matters; connecting purpose to everyday decisions, behaviours, and leadership actions; creating environments where people feel meaning in what they do.

  • Valuing honest conversations and clear expectations; sharing what’s working and what needs attention; prioritizing openness, especially when decisions are difficult or uncomfortable.

  • Treating people with care, fairness, and dignity; handling tension and transition thoughtfully; addressing hard truths without losing humanity or respect.
